Job Description: Sheet Metal Worker for B737NG Base Maintenance Project

  • Position: Sheet Metal Worker

  • Pay Rate: 30 euros per hour
  • Contract Type: Ongoing
  • Working Schedule: 6 days on, 1 day off (60 hours per week)
  • Flights & Accommodation: Provided for every shift rotation, allowing for return home during off-shifts

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct sheet metal repairs, fabrication, and maintenance on Boeing 737NG aircraft during scheduled base maintenance shifts.
  • Perform structural inspections, repairs, and replacements following established guidelines and procedures.
  • Collaborate with the maintenance team to ensure aircraft structural integrity and operational safety during base maintenance activities.
  • Utilize specialized tools and equipment for sheet metal work, ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards.
  • Maintain accurate records of repairs, materials used, and documentation for reporting purposes.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a sheet metal worker, particularly in aircraft base maintenance, preferably with B737NG.
  • Proficient in sheet metal fabrication, repairs, and working with various materials commonly used in aviation.
  • Familiarity with aviation safety regulations and compliance with industry standards for structural maintenance.
  • Ability to interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and diagrams accurately.
  • Flexibility to work on a rotating schedule of 6 days on, 1 day off, totaling 60 hours per week.
