Job Description: Sheet Metal Worker for B737NG Line Maintenance Project

- Shift Rotation: 5 nights on, 5 nights off
- Flights & Accommodation: Provided for every shift rotation, enabling return home during off-shifts
Responsibilities:
- Conduct sheet metal repairs and fabrication for line maintenance on Boeing 737NG aircraft during scheduled shifts.
- Perform inspections, structural repairs, and replacements following established guidelines and procedures.
- Collaborate with the maintenance team to ensure aircraft structural integrity and operational safety.
- Utilize specialized tools and equipment for sheet metal work, adhering to quality and safety standards.
- Maintain accurate records of repairs and materials used for reporting and documentation purposes.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a sheet metal worker, with a focus on aircraft maintenance, preferably B737NG.
- Proficient in sheet metal fabrication, repairs, and working with various materials commonly used in aviation.
- Familiarity with aviation safety regulations and compliance with industry standards for structural maintenance.
- Ability to interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and diagrams accurately.
- Flexibility to work in a rotating shift schedule (5 nights on, 5 nights off).
Working Conditions:
- Working Hours: Based on a 5 nights on, 5 nights off rotation
- Shifts: Night shifts during the 5 nights on
